Horrendous Customer Service- Decent Product See below for original review but UPDATE in Mid june is that I recieved my order and it was good enough (although unfinsihed at the back of the base). Not a scam but they need to improve their communication I placed my order in April and currently have 10 unanswered messages regarding the status of product. I have to believe this is a scam company and am logging a fraud charge with my credit card

I got a bobblehead made for my fiancé… I got a bobblehead made for my fiancé for his birthday. We are big fans of "The Office", and I figured it would be fun to gift him his own to put on his desk. He loves it so much! Can't stop showing his friends and coworkers. Customer service worked with me every step of the way to ensure they were making the right adjustments along the way. I couldn't be happier!

I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was pleasantly surprised that my bobblehead really looked like my son and daughter in law as it was a Christmas gift for them and because I ordered late I chose not to see their finished product, but to hurry it up to be delivered. Bravo Figure Bobblehead, great job! Definitely will order again, and again, thank you!

Success Although it is a long process my wife and son were beyond thrilled when they opened their individual bobblehead. My son collects sports bobbleheads so when he got his at as Texas Ranger he was genuinely surprised. My wife can't wait to take her teacher bobblehead to school and put on her desk. They both thought it was a good likeness.
