Item did not arrive Well I wasn’t going to write this review, but kept getting emails to complete one. One star right now, as the package still has not arrived to its destination and it shipped over 20 days ago. I tried tracking, but since the past 2 weeks, it hadn’t been updated. Starting to think it is lost.

A jacket with a burn hole in it, a woollen jumper with holes under the arms and a favourite pair of jeans with a broken fly zip - all mended within 7 days at a very reasonable price. Feels great to be able to repair clothes instead of throwing them away. Will 100% use them again.

I received my granddaughter’s clothes pressed and neatly stacked on a diagonal in a Christmas box enveloped in tissue. Marvelous presentation! Marvelous clothes!
