GBI received 2 of the same pairs of shoes… I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes by mistake I believe, but trying to navigate the website to try to find out about a replacement was difficult at best. Couldn't really get to a "contact us" point. I am not sure if replacement Barbie shoes are on the way to me. The fact that this item was very inexpensive is why i am not actively pursuing the issue. Also , Covid 19 issues are causing delays at the post office, so I am being patient
