Will I get my product? Placed order for Shark Leon Hoodie for my son on 11/22/22. It's 12/9/22 (17 days or 13 working days later) and have not received item or order confirmation or tracking. It says on website shipment to US will take 7-15 working days and a tracking number will be provided, but we are nearing the end of that period and still no sign of confirmation, tracking or delivery. I did receive a PayPal receipt for the payment, but it did not contain any shipping/tracking information or an order #. I've tried (multiple times) calling, emailing and submitting messages thru their website to determine order status and never receive response. I'm giving it 5 more "working" days and then I'm going to dispute my charge as fraudulent.

Very diffcult to find information… Very diffcult to find information concerning where was my delivery, very difficult to have an answer from the customer desk in order to help me. Hopefully but after 5 weeks i received my tee shirt... The size is a little bit small for my son, I didn't want to send it back because of the risk of the long delay

Terrible Terrible, they made an update where they converted all tokens to new tokens. Had the ability to purchase 3 brawl stars with them then suddenly after the update I could only get 1. All my saved up tickets gone, reached out to customer support and they literally said “there’s nothing we can do about it” then just closed the case. Terrible customer support.

NOT WORTH IT The size of the sweaters wasn't the same as displayed on the site. Both were smaller than we expected. Plus we waited too long for them to arrive. The quality also isn' t the best and certainly not equivalent with the price.

Terrible customer experience Terrible customer experience, I had a problem with Google Play and refunded a 2 USD bundle, then I got an amount of 150 negative gems, which costs 7 times the actual amount even when they're claming they're only deducing the offer's value. When I contact support they refuse to give a proper answer. Outright scamming their players.
