ESTerrible customer experience Terrible customer experience, I had a problem with Google Play and refunded a 2 USD bundle, then I got an amount of 150 negative gems, which costs 7 times the actual amount even when they're claming they're only deducing the offer's value. When I contact support they refuse to give a proper answer. Outright scamming their players.

GBWill I get my product? Placed order for Shark Leon Hoodie for my son on 11/22/22. It's 12/9/22 (17 days or 13 working days later) and have not received item or order confirmation or tracking. It says on website shipment to US will take 7-15 working days and a tracking number will be provided, but we are nearing the end of that period and still no sign of confirmation, tracking or delivery. I did receive a PayPal receipt for the payment, but it did not contain any shipping/tracking information or an order #. I've tried (multiple times) calling, emailing and submitting messages thru their website to determine order status and never receive response. I'm giving it 5 more "working" days and then I'm going to dispute my charge as fraudulent.
