GBHorrible I paid for three cardigan… Horrible I paid for three cardigan sweaters came to a total of $27.84 which included the postage I only received one sweater they lied on the invoice and said the total order was $9.99 but they only refunded me $6.42 so they still owe me a refund of $17.85 I have the bank records to prove this. This company is getting worse and worse they have messed up three orders in less than a years time. Save yourself some aggravation and don't shop there it's hit or miss

GBLong delays, lack of communication Not honest about shipping. "Slight delays" are several weeks (if not moving to months) behind with no communication. Replies from their support team are weeks behind as well. Customers are left with little to no information for an issue that has (apparently from their automated emails) been ongoing for a good long while. They are happy to take your money for the possibility that you might one day get something. By the time you have had enough with delays, you will find the timeframe for a chargeback has elapsed.

GBItewrong & wrinkled merchandisems like mens blazers come terribly… Items like mens blazers come terribly wrinkled. I often get a similar label,but not the one I ordered like D & co. Instead of d&g. Big difference. Also when I order multiple items the best ones are no longer available by shipping time. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN. AREN'T ITE.MS REMOVED FROM INVENTORY BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD?

GBIt took forever to receive my purchase… It took forever to receive my purchase (3 weeks) and then a few items were missing although credited. No customer service phone number, only email which no one ever contacted me. I’m not sure I would use them again.

GBWhen I first placed my order I thought… When I first placed my order I thought all my choices were available...then I got a message that said several were unavailable so I canceled my order...then several days later I got a message that my original order was coming...it arrived with most of the order but 2 items were the wrong size....I'm glad your business is growing but there were several disconnects (problems) within your system.
