GBExcellent service Order and delivery went as expected, BUT tape on the box had busted open and part of order missing. I called aBaby and explained situation. Absolutely no hassle, pics, proof, claims, nothing. They simply packed up the missing item and shipped it out to me immediately. I had a similar situation with another very well known company except item was damaged. I did not get nearly the same service. Thank you aBaby. Well done.

GBI was following the size and… I was following the size and measurement guidelines and still the liner/skirt for bassinet did not fit my bassinet.

GBAbaby.Com fradulent shipping advertising and charges So I order 2 matress and sheets for a baby bassinet. I ordered it on wednesday at roughly 3PM and paid for next day air as we have twins that have a hard bassinet bottom and no cover. I then get a UPS notice saying it would be here 'next' wednesday or a week later after I piad 32.00 for overnight shipping. I finally get a reply from this idiot Hude and here is what he said exactly as I will cut and paste: "Hello, I want to clarify that overnight shipping means with the carrier- that UPS will deliver it within one day. For expedited processing, you would reach out to us right after placing the order so we could let the warehouse know that you need it to ship quick. I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will refund you $15 off the shipping." I got the UPS notice it would be here wednesday on friday the 19th so that makes no sense and he dare say he would only refund half? Products look ok but it is being ran by tight wades with no customer service, you have been warned.

GBThe wood step stool I ordered for my… The wood step stool I ordered for my Granddaughter, white with pastel lettering, is even better than I expected. It's beautifully painted and arrived well before Christmas. I did have a perplexing experience, however. At least a week before I received the stool, I kept getting survey requests asking how I liked the product. Thinking it may have been lost, I called the company. The woman who answered took my order number, I was put on hold. She returned and said the stool would not be delivered for two weeks, until after Christmas. I was very disappointed... until two hours later when the stool arrived on my porch. Merry Christmas!
