Product arrived earlier than expected Product arrived earlier than expected. Would have given a 5 except the CSR I spoke to when I was trying to decide on size of mattress suggested that I could go larger but I decided to go 1/2 " less and it fit good. She said the mattress is soft so it would fit. But I couldn't turn if it didn't fit because custom made. Glad I didn't listen to her advise.

I was following the size and… I was following the size and measurement guidelines and still the liner/skirt for bassinet did not fit my bassinet.

Can't Seem to Get It Right! For the second time, we ordered a custom oval mattress and sent a template to ensure the shape would be correct. For the second time, we received a mattress that was as much as 5 inches shorter than what we ordered. We even discussed it over the phone. Maddening!

Perfect! ABaby was sooo fast in making our custom moses basket mattress. The mattress fit absolutely perfectly in the basket and our son is really comfortable in it - one of his favorite places to be now!
