HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered 3 puzzles on November 11 and today is November 27. They haven't been shipped or even packaged yet. The website says "in fulfillment". I tried online to get an answer as to when it might be shipped but no one talks on their chat site. The automation said they'd email and that hasn't happened either. I just tried calling and no one even answers the phone. Very disappointed in this company. If by some chance the puzzles should arrive soon or someone should contact me soon, I will write another review.

The pirates table is an all rounder… The pirates table is an all rounder filled with mysteries and aventures as if I'm embarking for a journey to the unknown with my 11 year old son. It is our first puzzle to be solved together and we are both impatient to pave our way on the map. Instructive, emotional, exciting and breathtaking display.

Missing a piece The puzzle was fun to put together and we really liked the picture but it was missing a piece. We looked everywhere just in case but since we spent 2hrs putting it together and know it wasn't sitting out the only thing I can think of is that it got missed during packing. Very disappointing when you think you're done and you have one missing

Missing Pieces The puzzle was extremely entertaining and took several days in short periods. I enjoyed the puzzle a lot with my family but it was missing several pieces, so we could not finish it. I am not saying that every single puzzle we got had this issue, but if not for this one puzzle having these missing pieces, it would be a five star review.

I love the product and the service is… I love the product and the service is wonderful. But in rating, at the beginning, I had to guess which was the best mark. Your company gets the highest mark in everything, especially customer service.
