Made things right I initially wrote a bad review because I ordered a puzzle several weeks before Christmas but because it took so long to get shipped out, I didn't receive it until after Christmas. However, Brain Tree Games did what they could to make things right and I greatly appreciate that they did that. Great customer service after all!

Top Notch Puzzles Excellent colour match of picture and pieces - no more debating if a piece is dark brown or black! Crisply cut out of firm board - no dust. Enjoyed unique pice shapes.

I thought this puzzle was like the last… I thought this puzzle was like the last one, that didn't fall apart but I was wrong. That's one of the reasons I bought two more. Unfortunately these are not the same quality as the first one!

I ordered the 1000 piece puzzles and was very impressed with the price, the speed of delivery, and the quality of puzzles and all the goodies that came in the box. The box is sturdy, it comes with great colorful reference poster, zipper bag to store pieces, handy box stand, and little boxes to help sort pieces. All this for an excellent price ! The pieces are random cut which I absolutely love. The quality of the pieces are thick, fit nicely together, and no glare or shine - perfect! I am definitely one happy customer !

Braintree Puzzles are Super I have 11 jigsaw puzzles from Braintree and have ordered five more. I am totally addicted to them. What I really like is the trays given with each puzzle - I find them so useful to separate the pieces colour wise. There is also an accompanying picture.
