My experience with Brain Tree Games was… My experience with Brain Tree Games was very good after I was able to communicate by email with them. I tried doing the chat a few times and didn’t get a response. I tried filling out the information to get a replacement puzzle and it wouldn’t take my zip code. I finally emailed and got a response. I received my replacement puzzle yesterday. There was one missing piece from the puzzle we had replaced. My husband and I enjoy a BrainTree puzzles because the pieces stay together and the pictures are very nice. We went out and bought two more of the Brain Tree puzzles. Thank you for all your help.

Print quality Print quality, and the cut is great. However it was the only one we could choose, as most of the prints are not for a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast.

Beautiful and well made Hi, I am from India. I ordered Vibrant Tiles puzzle. With this puzzle I liked the poster and it's quality very much than the actual puzzle. The cutting of puzzle pieces is actually unique for me I never came accross to this style type of roundish. Colours looked amazing. But one thing I would like you to consider is make a change on Amazon India platform listing of this product. They mentioned like you will get 4 sorting trays ( I got only 2 of them) apart from this I am very happy the puzzle. Feel free to send puzzles for review.

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with a manufacture defect with my puzzle and customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry and I had a replacement puzzle within a week. Even though I had an issue with my puzzle the quality itself was excellent and this will be a brand I go to for future puzzles to add to my collection.

The puzzle was doable but not too easy The puzzle was doable but not too easy. The vivid colors made it easy to locate where in the puzzle each piece went. The pieces fit together tightly which made it easy to work on a section and then move it into place. Overall, this puzzle was a good purchase.
