I had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys… I had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys of my subscription to be for my older child and requested one specific toy (play gym) for my infant. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. I recieved half and half of the toys for each of my kids and didn't get the play gym. I understand specific items can't be guaranteed but I at least expect to have the break up of toys for each child to be possible.... was disappointed in that bc the most of the 4 toys sent for my infant won't get used.

Great customer service Great customer service. I always get my questions answered promptly and the people responding seem pleasant. The email notifications about the shipment & return are helpful. I would mark 4.5 stars if this app lets me. The half star off is for the shipping timeframe. I was expecting to get the new box of toys within a few days or at most 1 week from the scheduled exchange date (7/15), but the box wasn't delivered until about 8/7 or so.

Tiny Earth Toys - quality and great customer service! I have used Tiny Earth Toys since they began. They started out as a subscription based toy rental company of high quality wooden toys at a more than reasonable price. They then had to change to toy sales during this very difficult market. I bought toys then to give as gifts since I don’t have grandkids of my own. Tiny Earth now is onto a new adventure of building Tiny Spaces. Looking forward to seeing them progress in this new endeavor . Excellent customer service, quick responses and quality. Couldn’t ask for more from this small startup.

Exactly what I was looking for Exactly what I was looking for! Toys come perfectly packaged, in great condition, and the entire process is incredibly easy. Tiny Earth Toys has taken off the stress, mess, and waste that often come with toys and provided high-quality, developmentally appropriate, fun toys for my toddler. It's like Christmas every 2 months! Can't recommend enough - if you're on the fence, the experience/quality will make you a forever customer.
