GBLove the toys and the concept I absolutely love the toys and concept. Very easy to pick out perfectly tailored toys for my LO. I only took a star off because the toys/membership aren’t showing up on my account and I notified the company but haven’t heard back. Once that gets squared away I will happily keep renting toys to keep my LO engaged and my house clutter free.

GBI had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys… I had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys of my subscription to be for my older child and requested one specific toy (play gym) for my infant. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. I recieved half and half of the toys for each of my kids and didn't get the play gym. I understand specific items can't be guaranteed but I at least expect to have the break up of toys for each child to be possible.... was disappointed in that bc the most of the 4 toys sent for my infant won't get used.

GBSo wonderful! You won’t regret it! For parents who need help with guidance when getting developmental appropriate toys, but also care about the environment, and also don’t like clutter. Tiny Earth is for you!! These toys are fantastic and I feel so much better about our impact on the planet that another baby is going to use the toys after my babe is done with them. I love the concept, and the execution of this company is top notch!! Love love love it!

GBHaving issues getting my first exchange Having issues getting my first exchange. Should be easy but it’s not. Filled out the form, but no email confirmation. Also my receipt said it was exchange every one month, but email correspondence with support they are saying it’s every two months. So I asked for a refund and to cancel, will see how it goes. Edit: wanted to provide update that custumer service was very understanding and refunded my monthly fee. I cancelled my subscription but appreciate them making it right!
