Our experience with Kuranda Dog Beds… Great beds and excellent customer service! Our experience with Kuranda Dog Beds couldn't have been better. We've just been using the beds at our boarding kennel for a short time now, but so far they seem strong and easy to clean. Customer service was amazing! Very prompt with replies to questions....there was a bit of a shipping mix up and it was dealt with immediately and we were so impressed with how generously we were compensated for the mixup! Excellent experience and will definitely order again if we need more beds.

Outstand service for problem assemby. I received almond beds that I could not get together. Had 3 beds. I spoke with Kai and could of times and once he knew how much time and effort I had spent on this he promptly offered to take them back and ship me 3 that all assembled. Couldn't ask for better service. Part of my assembly issue was probably a result of my arthritic hands.

Different Dog; Different Size Bed; Loves It Just as Much Without hesitation I had on my list to get a Kuranda bed for my new puppy — just had to wait until she walked into her new home. We practice the “place” command using her Kuranda. She hops up very willingly. I had to pay close attention to the instructions — had forgotten the tricks since it had been 6 years since I had purchased one. Then it came together. Thank you, Kuranda folks.

Great and sturdy dog/ puppy beds This was our first time buying from Kuranada. We have purchased many off the the ground/ raised dog beds in the past. They all failed or broke from the weight of our Rotties within the matter of months. So far we are very pleased at the quality and stability of your raised beds. Our Rottie loves laying on the bed. Living in Az our weather can be hard on animals. Whether here in the desert or in the mountains the air flow underneath really helps him indoors or outside in cooler conditions. Thanks for making a reliable product.
