Product is great… BUT Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications. If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

Excellent customer service Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

The customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent! I made an error with my order and contacted them. The response was immediate an, in turn, I even received a credit when buying in bulk, not realizing there was a pro site for businesses like mine. I have been purchasing Kuranda beds for 10 years. The quality is unlike any other company and we are still using those beds from 10 years ago! They are the safest and most durable beds on the market and worth every penny.

A 30# teenger of high status We bought a Kuranda bed for our boxer puppy when he was three months old, anticipating him full-grown at 50–60 lbs. The moment the little guy saw the new thing in the kitchen, he stepped up to explore. Now, two months later, our 30+ lb teenager divides his free time among the rag rug at the front door, the couch with his humans, and his two go-to personal spaces—his kitchen hut and the Kuranda bed. He looks like a little man of high status reclining in comfort in his private man cave or on his personal charpoy.

Best bed for destructive dog The Kuranda is the first bed our boxer-mix has not destroyed. Prior to the Kuranda bed, we spent hundreds of dollars in bed replacement costs over a 12 month period. The Kuranda bed is very well made and quite sturdy. We purchased one of the Kuranda cushions for added comfort, and it has now been ~2 months and our dog has not torn it apart (a record for her - she usually starts nibbling on new beds within a day or two!). We highly recommend Kuranda, especially if you have a dog who has a history of destroying beds.
