ZABumble took a debut two days ago and… Bumble took a debit two days ago and the app says my subscription expires on the 16th which is tomorrow. I've never been so fed up with an app. I've been trying to cancel for two weeks now and all that responds to my emails is a freaken robot. I'm going to block the bank acc I signed up with so they can take premiums from an empty acc. Worst customer service experience in my life. Wish I could give a zero star rating

GBScammers. Scammers. Bumble are quite happy to take your money, but request any support or accountability for their actions and they’re not interested. You get blocked for ridiculous reasons and they can not provide any evidence.

ZAHorrendous customer service Absolutely horrendous customer service. I found the site quite useful then i changed phones. Struggled to find my profile where I had paid a lifetime membership. Had a new profile setup. I had to use my old phone for my proper subscription. Next thing I'm thrown out. They can't say why. But i must trust them, 'they've reviewed it". They took over a year to respond. Scam.

GBFEMALES MAKING FIRST CONNECTION IS NOT EMPOWERING! Bumble are in the process of changing things, including for females to decide whether they want to be first to connect with a match - THANK GOODNESS!!! As a woman it is currently not empowering, it doesn't put you in control, it's frustrating, boring and somewhat demeaning..... A very sad situation which has gone on for too long, damage to female empowerment has already been made.

GBAwful Do not join this site. It’s an utter rip off that has an escalating pay structure that is designed to take advantage of lonely people. Very difficult to cancel your subscription- says it all. They are the lowest of the low. Shame on them.
