GBThe worst experience ever The worst experience ever! The site looked great and had potential. I paid the 1 week fee of £14.99 just to see if it was any good. The site froze. I got no suggestions. I emailed their help team who informed me they couldn't see i had an account and stopped talking to me. I sent all my info to Google pay who refunded my money in less than 24hrs. It is rubbish company trying to rip off venerable people. Shameful.

ZABumble took a debut two days ago and… Bumble took a debit two days ago and the app says my subscription expires on the 16th which is tomorrow. I've never been so fed up with an app. I've been trying to cancel for two weeks now and all that responds to my emails is a freaken robot. I'm going to block the bank acc I signed up with so they can take premiums from an empty acc. Worst customer service experience in my life. Wish I could give a zero star rating

Bumble are in the process of changing things, including for females to decide whether they want to be first to connect with a match - THANK GOODNESS!!! As a woman it is currently not empowering, it doesn't put you in control, it's frustrating, boring and somewhat demeaning..... A very sad situation which has gone on for too long, damage to female empowerment has already been made.
