GBRude, unprofessional and offensive email responses I ordered a bunch of items one night and. Received an email response shortly after saying 'void because one item was Out of Stock'. I responded asking if My entire Order Could Be canceled then. I received the Most Offensive Responses from customer Service!!! From telling Me I Am Dumb and need to buy a dictionary to Learn what "void" meant... To telling me I am too dumb to get a boyfriend, but I should so I Would not Need their items. Completely horrible experience and I would never shop with these dickheads if I were You!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBcrappy and rude serice this company has cheap high quality products but there service suck @ss. I ordered an item and the website said it was in stock, but it was never actually in stock i and paid for overnight delivery. one item was delivered but other item was out of stock so it never shipped. when i called to ask if i was still gonna be charged for over night delivery on the second item the owner deleted the backordered item without askin me if i still wanted it and hung up on me. called back twice to ask a question and was hung up on twice more. this company does not deserve customers so dont order from them

GBI seen some reviews that we're good and … I seen some reviews that we're good and I know there is no way that they are telling the truth about anything so I suggest go ahead and order from them and wen u do and have a problem contact them and come back here and tell the truth cause this company has to b working out of the trunk of their car ! Me I will b contacting a lawyer for there comments made towards me if I could I would put there comments here so everyone could see them. How are these people still in business what a world we live in..

CAextremely ignorant and rude service I ordered a large order which shipped 4 business days later (which is 2 days more than the 24-48 hours advertised). After shipping it I get an email from them saying that a particular item is not in stock and did not ship. I email them about this saying that without that item, my other items are essentially useless. I promptly receive a very rude short phone call saying "All your items are still useable. We no longer carry this item. This is why we hate dealing with you Canadians, because you are so unreasonable!" I replied with "I'm unreasonable?" but heard a dialtone as she had instantly hung up on me. How childish. What kind of customer service is that? Why are they advertising items that they dont carry? Why would they ship an incomplete order without contact? More importantly, why would they insult an entire nation just because they screwed up my order? They still seem to like my Canadian currency though. Will never deal again, very insulted. I hope to help others avoid this complete lack of customer service!

GBSuch a cliche. Wow. This is the worst experience I've ever had in ordering a product online. And, yeah, it's sex toys, but did it have to be SO seedy? The original purchase went fine, but then I got an email from a stranger about how he hoped I enjoyed the toys because they mixed my order with his. What? Now my privacy has been violated, and some random dude is emailing me in a pervy way. But it gets better! So, I contacted customer service about this, and their solution was to cancel my order and ignore my request for information as to how a stranger got my email, address, credit card info, etc. I didn't want a cancellation! I wanted to know how such a breach had happened. It took 3 more emails to get a non-automated response at which point I was told a handicapped employee had mixed things up and was suspended, and they hope I am happy. Trying to guilt me because my privacy was violated doesn't really work, so I responded again and said that I should have been contacted about the problem as soon as they knew it. So, I said they could be expecting negative reviews and I would contact the proper agencies about this matter. Then the harassment started.... I have been called names, my social media pages have been scoped, the details of the sale of my house/my business - have all been sent to me in messages from CEC's customer service. Along with these messages I've received threats to have my purchase made public to my neighbors, my inbox was flooded with spam and pictures from Nawty Things' website, until I blocked them. These people have my information and debit card number. I have called and cancelled my card. They harassed me and violated federal privacy laws. I've contacted authorities and will be calling a lawyer. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Spend a little more and keep your dignity. This is not a reputable business owner. But that just figures...
