GBSecond doll I have purchased from them… Second doll I have purchased from them that has a strong odor apparently coming from the old silicon that was first used years ago, their dolls are not made with the new TPE odorless silicon. Also poorly assembled as you can see the seams where they glue it together, my other dolls from another company don't have any seams/lines anywhere on the body and they don't smell like decomposing plastic but True Touch dolls do. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

GBOrdered on April 29th and still… Ordered on April 29th and still nothing. I sent out multiple emails and voice mails and still no response. I can tell they really do not care about their customers by the lack of support and customer service. I understand COVID going on and all but not providing any updates or feedback at all makes me think they just don't care. Wish I could get a refund based on how long this has gone on. True touch dolls truly does not care about their customers. That's the truth and being True.

GBThe doll I purchased was everything I… The doll I purchased was everything I hoped it would be. I'm not disappointed with it in the least bit. However, the price I paid was considerably more than if I'd bought it from a different seller as I did see the exact same doll for much, much less somewhere else.

GBHorrible Horrible! Never delivered and no tracking number provided. Fake a** store. Thank god, PayPal refunded be back my full amount.

GBToo bad I even have to give a star I ordered a doll on May 18 2020 and cancelled my order literally 2 hours after I jumped the gun, realizing I wasn't making the same money as pre-pandemic. They got back to me a couple of days later saying they would cancel but would charge me a restock fee since THEY read the email late. Policy doesn't say the customer will be charged because of a company delay in response time. BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST OF IT! They asked me to confirm cancellation and I did, but they never updated that info on their system, so Klarna is now wanting payments for my cancelled $1440 purchase. I've contacted TTD numerous times through email and their website with no responses, and Klarna is giving me deadlines. I had to convince Klarna to give them a try so they could see I wasn't trying to screw them. They have not replied to me or to Klarna. Their website SAYS MY ORDER IS FULFILLED! It doesn't reflect their email where they say they will pause so I can confirm cancellation and doesn't acknowledge said cancellation. It's really messed up and I don't recommend anyone order from this company. October is coming and I'm still dealing with this. Totally taking advantage of lonely people during this pandemic.
