Ordered on April 29th and still… Ordered on April 29th and still nothing. I sent out multiple emails and voice mails and still no response. I can tell they really do not care about their customers by the lack of support and customer service. I understand COVID going on and all but not providing any updates or feedback at all makes me think they just don't care. Wish I could get a refund based on how long this has gone on. True touch dolls truly does not care about their customers. That's the truth and being True.

Shipping took longer than expected due to coronavirus but they emailed letting me know what was going on and kept me informed on my order throughout... got a little unsure at times because of the tracking number statuses but package showed up while it still said it was waiting to be picked up. these guys knew more than fedex could tell me.
