Klarna has been all over me with email threats, and again no customer support and after finally speaking with a human was told they would investigate from there side only after I provided proof I did attempt contact, then more letters and emails as if I did not speak to anyone,SO and then there is that. Terrible website!!!!! No one has responded to me in months about where my package is and I’m not making any payments to Klarna for anything. You guys are a bunch of scammers. If you really are a legitimate company, you all suck so bad at your jobs. My order number is TT21478D. Please feel free to contact me at anytime. I’ll be available until early October. Pretty good, not perfect, but close. Would buy again. Product quality is great. Customer service is good. Accessories could be improved, but easy enough to upgrade them myself. Would buy again

Try Another Manufacturer, Preferably in the US! Should have been made, with a lighter skeleton material, Such as, PVC, Or Alluminum Alloy! One Leg is slightly Longer than the other, And the Doll Looks Nothing Like the Advertisement! If Nothing else, I get a good workout, just taking it in and out of the closet!

Second doll I have purchased from them… Second doll I have purchased from them that has a strong odor apparently coming from the old silicon that was first used years ago, their dolls are not made with the new TPE odorless silicon. Also poorly assembled as you can see the seams where they glue it together, my other dolls from another company don't have any seams/lines anywhere on the body and they don't smell like decomposing plastic but True Touch dolls do. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.
