The only downside that I regularly see is that the reviews and descriptions of the products are often non-existent. It is difficult to make a proper purchase when the descriptions of the products are limited.

They quickly fixed a mistake for free. They only made one shipping mistake with me over the years, and they corrected it immediately and cheerfully. A-plus. It has become rare to see customer service this good.

Shame... Had to fight to get ahold of Support (left message and called numerous times till I finally an actual human). Package was never shipped, once I finally got ahold of support they said they were gonna ship me a whole new order but tracking stayed the same... (real hard to figure that one out). Lastly, I payed in total upwards of $30 bucks and to this time of writing this, support has yet to refund me the $8 bucks shipping that they said they would.

Better to get any condom from Condom… Better to get any condom from Condom Depot than from from any other place. It is much cheaper with economy shipping than getting from a local store. Also you will get a lot of variety.
