the box came with "latex con" and… the box came with "latex con" and Okamoto.com on the side. they attempted to cut off the words but it was clear and obvious. a bit embarrassing when receptionist brought them to me and said "looks like your going to have a good weekend" So much for indiscrete packaging.

Easy Process Everything went smoothly. One product I ordered was out of stock, but they easily substituted it for something that was. Only thing I have to say is that the substitution took a little while to complete. Very minor comment for an otherwise very easy process.

Missing order, no response Today is March 18th. I placed my order on February 27th, it arrived a few days later with half of my total purchase missing. I contacted customer service and they said it would ship next day, and they would also email a tracking number. I didn't receive an email nor my order. I contacted them again, and it has been a week without any kind of response.
