Bad service Bad service. Will not respond to emails or communication. I’m very frustrated at this point as it’s been 6 days and haven’t received anything about my order

Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +)… Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +) over a week ago and today got slapped with an extra £20 on top in customs charges. It was advertised as coming from a UK warehouse. So if you do order anything, make sure you don't expect it anytime soon, and take into consideration an extra £20 on top!

Update from Extremely Satisfied… Update from Extremely Satisfied Customer: I have owned this machine now for almost a month and let me tell you, I have put this thing thru its paces. I AM ADDICTED TO THIS MACHINE. If I could marry it I would!!! I had to buy 2 bigger dildo attachments, the caucasian color one that came with the machine is ok for beginners but I am a horny horny tight little boy and I needed something bigger. Everytime I break this machine out I spend at least 2 hours at absolute minimum destroying my assholee. I wish I could hug the person who invented this machine!!!!

Recieved in expected time frame Recieved in expected time frame. Well designed frame. Had problems with motor on second use. Loud grinding noise. Will update after speaking with customer service.(update) niko, from seller sent a replacement. It works great. This company stands behind thier product.

Disgusting customer service Again if I could give zero scoring I would!! After roughly 30 emails back and forth regarding I didn’t receive my parcel with proof from Royal Mail I hadn’t received it they still won’t give a refund disgusting company and customer services avoid this company!!!!
