Disgusting customer service Again if I could give zero scoring I would!! After roughly 30 emails back and forth regarding I didn’t receive my parcel with proof from Royal Mail I hadn’t received it they still won’t give a refund disgusting company and customer services avoid this company!!!!

I got overnight delivery and it came in… I got overnight delivery and it came in pretty fast, it said 8pm, but it was in around 1pm so i'm very pleased with that. Very easy to put together, it doesn't come with instructions but it doesn't need to. The dildo part is around 5 inches, length and girth are like an average guy pretty much. Husband bought this for me because he's always working so he gets very tired and I have needs (especially while pregnant lol). I wouldn't say it starts slow, it goes medium speed to very very fast. I didn't have to adjust the arms at all, I didn't have any problem with it, once I positioned it it stayed that way.

Helpful Got my order and my machine was missing parts. After emailing customer support and waiting a few days they were able to resolve my issue by letting me know that there was a second package I was receiving with the parts. Andy was very friendly and helpful and reassured me that the package was on its way.

Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +)… Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +) over a week ago and today got slapped with an extra £20 on top in customs charges. It was advertised as coming from a UK warehouse. So if you do order anything, make sure you don't expect it anytime soon, and take into consideration an extra £20 on top!
