The communication during the ordering… The communication during the ordering process had a few hiccups. My email didn't go through so i didn't get any emails from them for 2 days and started to worry but it was a weekend lol, might have been partly my fault, but they picked up a phone on Monday. Thank you Susan for patience. I recommend doing your research and asking questions upfront. They included a bonus in my package, which was a nice touch. I assume it was because of the communication mix-up, so I appreciate their thoughtfulness and follow-through!

This is my first doll This is my first doll, very much bought on impulse after a few drinks and a debate on why it's only women who get the cool toy lol. On delivery I was surprised how heavy she is, difficult to find help to get someone for a lift up the stairs!

I am pleased to say that the support given by email was second to none, with additional photo’s and questions answered. The Doll is fantastic and I collected mine from the warehouse so shipping was fast.

It arrived in good condition It arrived in good condition, but the fingers feel a bit weak. I would have preferred articulated fingers because they tend to tear through the skin when I try to straighten or move them. Rather than going through the hassle of shipping it back, I just clipped off what was protruding from the skin. Apart from that, I haven't encountered any other issues. I mostly use it as a companion to sit or cuddle with. Given how heavy robotic dolls can be, I would recommend purchasing an hanging Bracket along with it to avoid overexertion and potential injury.

Thank you for my doll Thank you for my doll, she's perfect as she looks like a supermodel in my bedroom. I was aware she was heavy, but boy she's a workout and a half taking her upstairs. Her boobs are amazing everything is exactly like the promotional photos. My first doll and I'm impressed by her being top notch 100%
