Although the shipping wasn’t updated until the day before I got it, I also had two separate shipments which wasn’t explained, but not that big a deal. The moaning feature was a little cringe for me, because it sounded very robotic in a Chinese accent. My only regret is adding the moaning feature. Otherwise, she is very lifelike and unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I’ve enjoyed her a lot so far.

I am pleased to say that the support given by email was second to none, with additional photo’s and questions answered. The Doll is fantastic and I collected mine from the warehouse so shipping was fast.

Bad communication Bad communication with this company. I did receive part of my order but am missing parts. Still no email or call back. Not worth the headache of wondering if you’ll hear back from this company. I recommend VS DOLL
