Great online shopping experience! I don’t live close enough to shop in person, so their online shop is a great option! Always great selection. I’ve never had a bad experience...they always go above and beyond. Orders are shipped quick and often arrive earlier than promised. Glad to support this company.

Where is my order??? Overall satisfied with their products and prices but recently I placed an order for some underwear online and instead I received the wrong item. After going back and forth, it took some time but they were able to resolve my issue. I will continue to support small businesses because I want them to be around tomorrow.

They only stock items and products that are very high quality and I trust the merchandise they offer because I know they’re as picky as I am, they wouldn’t sell a subpar product. Excellent customer service! When working with customer service Mr. S is doing it right. Every time I have contacted customer service they get back to me within a day, I have requested very specific things and they always get it to me exactly how I ordered. Also, one thing that always makes me happy is receiving the note slip thanks you for your purchase that has a team member’s signature in it.
