Someone reached out to me (in the chat) and asked if I wanted another item from the website. I said yes but since then no one has reached out or contacted me. So I still have a defective item that no one has replaced or assisted me with. Since my review I was contacted and the item was replaced. Good (but slow) customer service. Thank you
