GBI got the defective item and no one has helped… They helped subsequent to this review I I got a defective item and no one has assisted me with replacing it . Someone reached out to me (in the chat) and asked if I wanted another item from the website. I said yes but since then no one has reached out or contacted me. So I still have a defective item that no one has replaced or assisted me with. Since my review I was contacted and the item was replaced. Good (but slow) customer service. Thank you

GBI bought several products and wasn’t… I bought several products and wasn’t happy with any of it. Spent almost $300 and I get an email saying sorry heres $15 gift card…. Definitely does not seem like the company cares at all, will never purchase from again

GBResponse please - update Waiting for a response to my email asking if the Warrior product can be shipped to UK, how much and how long. Keen to purchase, but need a response before I'm prepared to purchase. Update Ordering and delivery were spot on, so I can order again with confidence. Warrior product excellent too. Only issue I have is in between my initial query and ordering (UK07610) two days later was the price went up from ÂŁ89 to ÂŁ109, so ended paying the higher price
