GBThey went above and beyond! Had issues with an AAP-01 adapter that I purchased. The feed tube had a wide spot that caused bb's to jam up. I reached out to Tapp for tech support via their website but didn't hear back. After posting a review, they immediately responded and instructed me to reach out via social media. I messaged them on FB, and they responded within minutes, took my order number, and are shipping a replacement. I was only looking for tech support, and they are sending me a new unit. That's above and beyond! Thank you Tapp.

Had an issue with my MP7 adaptor which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed on the spot, the team sent out another adaptor to me which was pretty awesome of them. Super patient and chilled support team and will quite happily wait and help you through the process of finding out the issue you’re having. Ordered from Scotland and only had to wait just about a week for the adaptor to come which isn’t all that bad!
