GBWon't be buying from again Custom service was 5 stars, but I think I'm done buying tapp products. Customer support has always taken care of me, but ive bought three different adapters and I've had to contact customer service over two. The 3rd one just kind of works enough that I don't wanna deal with sending it back. The other two times I've delt with customer support, the adapters I've gotten back I've had to work a little more to get to work like they should. So customer service 5stars adapters 1star.

GBUnresponsive Customer Service The order shipped and then got lost in transit, I contacted Tapp 3 days after it was scheduled to be delivered and was lost after filing a missing mail claim asking if they could send a replacement. 3 business days later, no response. I sent another email describing the same issue, no response. Package suddenly gets marked as delivered 8 days later with no actual delivery of the product. Yes it's the post offices loss of the package, no contact has been made still. Only way to get the money back is to do a reversal since their customer service won't reply to emails.

GBAlthough the adaptor didn't fit Although the adaptor didn't fit, the process was quick and easy for me to receive and return. I hope to try oot another one for the AAPO1 as well as a hoodie (XXL/XXXL) at some point in the near future!

GBThey went above and beyond! Had issues with an AAP-01 adapter that I purchased. The feed tube had a wide spot that caused bb's to jam up. I reached out to Tapp for tech support via their website but didn't hear back. After posting a review, they immediately responded and instructed me to reach out via social media. I messaged them on FB, and they responded within minutes, took my order number, and are shipping a replacement. I was only looking for tech support, and they are sending me a new unit. That's above and beyond! Thank you Tapp.
