Customer Service answered me. Update: Customer service reached out to me today and explained that the phones were not working that day and did correct my address. A few days ago I ordered some ammunition on line. I promptly received an email asking me to call to verify my shipping address, I called in the middle of the day today, 2/14/24, and the recording states the store is closed!! On a weekday??? Tried the chat on line which says "unavailable". So I have no way to contact the store and my credit card has already been charged. Not poor customer service, but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll update if I ever reach these people.

Great Customer Service - Taking Responsibility I recently ordered two Winchester shotguns on a Black Friday deal because of a great price and $75 mail in rebate. I received an email and a personal phone call that because of a computer glitch, the guns were oversold and they had to cancel the order. While a bit disappointed, I was very happy that they stepped up and sent a $75 gift card for each gun I missed out on.
