Ordered a new pistol 5 days ago and got… Ordered a new pistol 5 days ago and got a phone call today saying they were canceling my order. Said they haven't carried that gun since 2018. Offered me a used police trade in model for about 75 dollars less than one I initially purchased. Didn't except offer and won't be buying from them again.

Great Customer Service - Taking Responsibility I recently ordered two Winchester shotguns on a Black Friday deal because of a great price and $75 mail in rebate. I received an email and a personal phone call that because of a computer glitch, the guns were oversold and they had to cancel the order. While a bit disappointed, I was very happy that they stepped up and sent a $75 gift card for each gun I missed out on.
