GBhorrible customer service This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I originally requested a service appointment on June 14, 2023. The time frame given was 8 am until 5 pm. After waiting this entire time, I was told at approximately 5:30 that there was no technician available. The service was rescheduled for July 12, 2023 with an arrival time between 8 am and noon. After the arrival window had passed, I was then told I would have to reschedule for the following day. I cannot continue to rearrange my daily schedule to accommodate these fruitless service appointments.

GBProfessional and patient Jorlanis was very professional and patient, He explained what was damaged and needed repair. He repaired the ice maker and told me what I had to do. Showed me what he did to keep the heat from the refrigerator out of the ice maker. he was clean and removed everything.

Wilson kept us informed of each step of the process, while being a pleasure to talk to. I would happily use the service again if a future issue arises.

GBMr Guzman Mr. Guzman with Intel Tech Solutions was contracted by Nana to repair the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator. Took him 15 min to replace, very professional and will use him again on any other appliance, TV and sound system issues.
