Reclaimed a hacked computer Ross answered our call he understood the issue and quickly assigned the task to Jenoy. Jenoy worked with me over the phone to direct the command codes, however it wasn't working out, so he came on site on Friday evening to troubleshoot the malware issues. We are pleased with the outcome. The computer should be almost back to normal. Thank you so much.

Don't respond when you get an email invoice from Geek Squad saying they are deducted $500 from you account. It took way too long to get a response, however, once I did he was very responsive. Don't delude people into thinking they have a 1 minute wait time when you mean 45 minutes and still waiting. I was scammed by Geek Squad people from india. They were able to access my computer and all my accounts and overdrew all of them. When I did finally get someone he was great but I hope they use this as a service to their customers especially the 'mature' folks.

Geek Tech doesn't give up until the job is DONE!! Jenoy worked with me tirelessly until we got our computer issue taken care of. He didn't give up until he figured it out!
