Don't respond when you get an email invoice from Geek Squad saying they are deducted $500 from you account. It took way too long to get a response, however, once I did he was very responsive. Don't delude people into thinking they have a 1 minute wait time when you mean 45 minutes and still waiting. I was scammed by Geek Squad people from india. They were able to access my computer and all my accounts and overdrew all of them. When I did finally get someone he was great but I hope they use this as a service to their customers especially the 'mature' folks.

Geek Tech doesn't give up until the job is DONE!! Jenoy worked with me tirelessly until we got our computer issue taken care of. He didn't give up until he figured it out! There are not tech companies out there that I have worked with, including QuickBooks that have worked on specific issues until they are completed. Jenoy made this happen. If there was a specific issue and he needed assistance, he would call me back quickly and let me know what was going on. He is a real treasure!
