GBWhat a relief !!! Well....... my computer was hacked. That was the start of the downhill slide. My life was in turmoil, as I started to turn it around, I needed to get my computer cleaned. They scanned, cleaned and got my computer back to good health, with no more bad stuff lurking. Ross then installed some Killer software to ensure it stays in good health. GBEliminated PC Lockout The tech was able to help me get past a "lockout" on my laptop imposed by a hacker. He also checked everything and ran scans to identify and eliminate threats. I will not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them to any of my associates.
