GBAbsolute trash for clients and… Absolute trash for clients and providers alike. Pray you don’t need assistance with anything. The app CONSTANTLY GLITCHES. When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.

AUThe quality of therapists in Australia…Top!! The quality of therapists in Australia is above all! Have booked numerous times and always have a fantastic experience.The therapists are very professional and really care about what they do. The app is brilliant and so easy to use. If you need to make a change to your booking you can do so yourself through the app. The price is maybe slightly higher, but honestly when you get the best massage and the convenience of having it at home it is well worth it. I usually book the same therapist now each time, she is amazing and knows exactly what to work on from the last session. Highly recommend this service!!

GBThis App Has Bugs It was a hassle to apply as they were not knowledgeable about the requirements to be a massage therapist in California. I never had clients with this service. Customers were very far away and they would book less than a half-hour from the scheduled time. I required at least 24 hours; I do have another job. Most of the time I would get an error message if I decided to accept an appointment.

GBToo many rescheduled massages Failing company. Unprofitable and it shows through the way they treat their employees. You want proof? You want me to take down the review because there’s not enough information? Let me elaborate... The massages I book keep getting rescheduled or cancelled. Why schedule something and cancel last second? How can I plan out a night when there’s a more than 75% chance it’ll be rescheduled, cancelled or moved around? And I can’t even put the blame on the therapists. They’re not getting paid enough to care. Also, their customer service takes much too long to respond.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ladies beware - if you hire a male therapist, they will touch you inappropriately and act unprofessional. If you hire a woman, they will cancel minutes before your session. They will tell you they will find another therapist but never do and you’ll manage waiting hours by your phone on the off-chance they will fill the appointment. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, nobody will answer the phone. “Expect a call back in 24-48 hours” they’ll say… Choose Zeel instead!
