AUWHY? The product was delivered on time, undamaged and has shown its value; it is doing a good job. I found the price quotation puzzling: a $US price and an $AUS price which was significantly higher than the$US price, after allowing for the exchange rate at the time. I thought the difference probably included shipping costs, but no, these were separate, calculated in $US, then converted to $AUS and then the whole bill converted back $US on my credit card account. I would have been much less annoyed if proper reasons were given for all these unexplained charges. I was also annoyed by Pool/vacParts sending the wrong instruction manual and insisting that there was no other. Fortunately, later I was able to download the correct manual from the manufacturer's website. In summary I am happy with the product, but not impressed by the general level of service.

AUFirst a hiccup then a great outcome I ordered a part for my Zodiac T5, but when it arrived it was not what I expected. Unfortunately the picture of the part on the web site was some what ambiguous. This issue was resolved through a series of e-mails and the experience dealing with Steve Holt was a pleasant one.

GBWould leave zero stars Would leave zero stars, but that is not an option. Ordered parts on 2/15/20, got an email 2/18/20 stating parts would take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. It is now April 11th and I have yet to receive my parts. Asked for a refund, no refund issued. Thieves.

GBNice product, but very poor communication. The wrong pump motor was sent and I called to inform them. The lady was nice and said if I could send her pictures she would get it corrected. I sent photos of the wrong pump they sent and photos of the one I had. She said she would get back to me no later than the next day. She did not call so two days later I called her back. She said she would get the correct part sent out and have a return label included so I could return the wrong pump. The new part arrived and worked great. However, there was no return label. I called to inform them that we needed a return label. Two days ago I was promised that they would email a return label to me, but as of today I still have not received it. This is concerning since they clearly stated that if I did not return the first pump within a week they would charge me for an additional pump. This has not been a very good experience. Proper communication would have gone a long way to making this transaction a pleasant experience. The label should have arrived I yesterday's email. I am still waiting and the pump is gathering dust on the shelf.
