GBDon't order from this company They are the horrible. I received an email that my part shipped but the tracking number was bogus, needless to say - I never received the part. No one answers their phone, left messages no return. I've never been ripped off by an internet retailer before but there is always the first time. Now I have to write a letter to AMEX to get the charge reversed. I guess their business model is to make money by taking your money, not shipping the item you were charged for and then they hope you will not take the time to have the charge reversed. They are scum.

GBSpend a little more to get want you want. Overall Review "Do not BUY from poolproducts4less.com or be disappointed. I have received a lot of valuable info from these forums and wanted to pass on some of my own. I order parts for my Hayward pool cleaner from them because they were the cheapest. (1st mistake) Now I know why. No customer service at all. They do not answer their phones or return messages. They may answer their sales line. When printed my receipt i notice my mailing address was off by 1 number which would be 3 houses down if that address existed. I tried to contact them to correct it but they don't answer. You would think if the shipping address is different than billing address their system would have rejected my order. When I was able to tracked my package it said it was delivered. I called the post office they were no help. I spoke to my post man and he remembers the package and said their was no name on it. I have received items before with the wrong address, my postman knows me. I am not getting any help from poolproducts4less.com I will not order from them again and urge you not to order also. GBWorst experience ever in over 15 years of online purchases! I ordered a Hayward DE6020 swimming pool filter for about $675.00 on 1/16/12, paying via PayPal. Their site said they used UPS for shipping, and that it should be a 2-day shipment. I expressed the need to be notified if it was not going to be received by 1/20, as my pool had no filtering (and I had hired someone to help me install this replacement). Wanting to check the status, I'd left 2 voicemails and 1 email by the following day, none of which were responded to. I went online that night, again asking for status on my order. On 01/18, they sent an email stating that it had been shipped via UPS Ground, but also stating that it was being shipped via Reddaway Freight Company and giving me a Tracking Number (but no phone number or link to Reddaway). I found the Reddaway site, but their Tracking site didn't show anything having been shipped to me. I had called the dealer on the 19th and left a message, and found that no one at any of their extensions ever answered the phone. By the morning of 1/20, I had still heard nothing. I called Reddaway, and was told that the Tracking Number I'd been given was not in their system, and they had nothing showing as being shipped to me. I called the dealer again and left messages on each one of their extensions.. about 6 in all, and could not get anyone to answer their phone nor did anyone ever call me back. I filed a Dispute via PayPal and on 01/23/12 got notification that the seller had refunded the money to PayPal and my case was closed. So I had to start all over in looking for a filter, having a pool that had no filtration since prior to my order a week before. Had I not been backed by PayPal, I'm convinced that I would NOT have received my money back without legal representation. This place is THE WORST!! I've been a purchaser of electronics for my company for years via the Internet, as well as for thousands of dollars on a personal basis over the past 15 years, and never had such a terrible experience as this, before! Buyer Beware!!

GBAbsolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I received and incorrect order and inquired via email and by phone on how to get it replaced. I never received a reply back. The item is still incorrect, but my only recourse is to write this and eat the loss.
