GBGreat products! Slow order fulfillment I love the products and the clean sourcing that Viva has. Very slow order fulfillment. It took nearly 2 weeks when I finally received an email that my order shipped. And not all the product shipped together. Good thing these are supplements and not medications.

GBKrill oil capsules aren’t even half full! Well When I went to take a Antarctic Krill oil capsule of theirs I recently bought the capsule crushed in my grip but nothing leaked out! This made me look at the capsule in front of a light bulb and to my surprise it was less than half full! I examined all the capsules in the bottle and they were all the same. This is troubling to me because I just switched to this brand because of the price but every other brand I have ever used of the same dosage had the same size capsules but the were full! I tried calling the company but could reach no one and had to leave a voice message with my number and email address but have not heard back. Buyer beware! I have no idea if this is a deceitful practice or a malfunction but either way filling capsules just halfway gives the appearance of deception I would not think a company who cares about their reputation would ignore! Update: 6 weeks have passed since I left voicemails with this company but have gotten zero response. Not a good sign!

GBSuperior Customer Service I found the Viva brand on Amazon for 2 of the products I purchased, almost immediately after completing my purchase on the Viva Naturals website. It was a weekend so their customer service was closed. I sent an email asking if they could remove those 2 items from my order. Early Monday morning I received a phone call letting me know they had already taken care of it! Excellent customer service I'd say!

CAVery slow shipping process & no proper updates it's take 12 days in shipping & still i received only one item of my order still waiting for otherone. When called the company & ask regarding order not receiving satisfactory answer only update is it's onthe way. very disappointed with service.

GBToo Long for Product to Get Here It takes too long for the product to arrive once my account has been charged. And the date of arrival isn’t communicated until many days after charge. ’m thinking of cancelling the subscription soon.
