GBgood product, excessive packaging I’ve been taking Viva Naturals krill oil for two years now and am happy with the product. When I received my latest shipment, I was dismayed to see all 6 bottles enclosed in two layers of bubble wrap. In this plastic-clogged world, this seems excessive and unnecessary. In a nutshell, happy with the product and customer service, hate the packaging.

CAI havent received my package after… I havent received my package after almost 2 weeks. i got 2 tracking numbers and both don't work. I didn't get much help from the stuff either who seems not to understand or may be not care about the situation. I am in need of Vitamin D, so now I will just order from somewhere else because I don't know if or when I will receive my order. After almost 2 weeks there no updates

GB2 week processing/delivery time - WAY too long I ordered 2 items on Oct 10th (11 days ago), and they have still not arrived. Shipping tracking says estimated delivery is Oct 24th - this will be 2 weeks from Order date. I was not informed that the products were out of stock, so I don't think this is the issue. It took 8 days to get my order processed, before they even went to ship (on Oct 18th). A 2 week wait time is ridiculous for a large and supposedly reputable company. I could have ordered the same products off of Amazon and I would have received them is 2 days. I won't be re-ordering from Viva Naturals in the future.

GBFour years ago doc said... Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. Up until the time I started taking Krill oil, I had been on cholesterol meds. Even with the meds, the numbers weren't that great. Now, total cholesterol, triglycerides, hdl and ldl numbers have been fantastic for the last 4 years. Doc took me off cholesterol meds in 2015. Just got results back after my annual physical and after reading me the lab results, he said I was disgustingly healthy. Of course your results may vary, but I'm a believer. Krill oil has been a game changer for me.

GBSuperior Customer Service I found the Viva brand on Amazon for 2 of the products I purchased, almost immediately after completing my purchase on the Viva Naturals website. It was a weekend so their customer service was closed. I sent an email asking if they could remove those 2 items from my order. Early Monday morning I received a phone call letting me know they had already taken care of it! Excellent customer service I'd say!
