There was initially a problem with the shipping, but customer service reached out & let me know that they would deal with usps directly & if they couldn't resolve it they would ship out again asap. Kept me in the loop the entire time & they arrived today VERY securely packaged in quality glass vials with great sprayers. The attention to detail and doing what they say was/is greatly appreciated. I bought 5 fragrances in my last order I bought 5 fragrances in my last order, one was damaged and leaking. I sent pictures as proof and received a response asking how to rectify the situation. I responded with a sample size of a particular fragrance or a sample size to replace the damaged fragrance in my order. CRICKETS. I'll also mention that this is 2 for 2 with damaged orders from this site. They fixed the last one but completely ghosted me this time. Disappointed
