Great Company + Great Service Ordered 2 samples/decants [Frederic Malle The Moon 10ml - Roja Parfums Diaghilev 5ml] from ScentsEvent at a great price. There was initially a problem with the shipping, but customer service reached out & let me know that they would deal with usps directly & if they couldn't resolve it they would ship out again asap. Kept me in the loop the entire time & they arrived today VERY securely packaged in quality glass vials with great sprayers. The attention to detail and doing what they say was/is greatly appreciated. Clearly fake or watered down Ordered for the first time. Every sample was clearly fake or watered down to the point where you couldn't smell the fragrance.

Received the PDM Layton Received the PDM Layton. The fragrance was nice but the spray bottle did not work. Scentevent contacted me, apologized for the broken bottle and sent me replacements along with a discount code for a future purchase. Great customer service.
