I have had an avarage experience with… I have had an avarage experience with USA Health & Wellness. I was looking for some prodcts and there were quite a few options on their site. As far as pricing goes, I found it to be so and so - cheaper than some other places, but not the cheapest either. The navigatin o the site was quite intuitive which was nice. Unfortunately, the customer service person I chatted with was not the most helpul. But, overall, I can't really complain too much.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt… I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for. Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery. Buyer beware!

Spa works well. Customer service doesn't Spa works well. Limited information on electrical hook up. Customer service not available by phone: send an email and they will call you back. Not great when you have an electrician onsite and need to ask questions.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs! Easy to put together Easy to put together. Video sent ahead of time prepared us well. Customer service was prompt. When question couldn’t be answered the representative went straight to the manufacturer and I got a quick response. Appreciated that a lot. I still don’t understand the “lifetime” warranty on heater units and how they can be measured by hours of use. I appreciate dealing with a company in the USA.
