His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.

We are so happy with our sauna choice We are so happy with our sauna choice, it was relatively easy to put together for 2 people, looks great, works really well and is very high quality with lots of extra features. Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt… I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for. Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery. Buyer beware!

Spa works well. Customer service doesn't Spa works well. Limited information on electrical hook up. Customer service not available by phone: send an email and they will call you back. Not great when you have an electrician onsite and need to ask questions.
