Great customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!

Love our new Spa Love our new spa. The Aquarest 600 premium is roomier than I thought it would be and we’re large people. Also very durable and stylish. With the 40 amp install it’s got very nice features that rival much more expensive units. Perfect size for our deck and a great poolside compliment. Did I forget to mention affordable?

Over 3 months no tub ... I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Smooth process, nice people After a scam experience with an online retailer I found Clearwater. I was skeptical and called a few different times with questions. They had the spa we wanted in a nearby warehouse and it was delivered to our driveway in about a week. Great service!
