Fantastic app! I love this app. It offers really easy to follow guidance in an easily acccesible way. Information is offered in bite sized chunks with actionable ways forward to better fertility.

Looking forward to this experience Gyna is a great program to learn about ways that I can improve my health to be able to conceive. I’m really looking forward to completing all the steps and hopefully get some results. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be great to have a printable list of common harmful foods/household items. I know this program teaches how to identify these things, but it would still be nice to have something to print and hang on my fridge as a reminder.
