It's still new but great I am still very new to it, it's been only 3-4 days I am using it. Complicated science broken down to very layman's term is easy to understand and retain by anyone. These information are easily found on internet but the good part is to get affirmation of what you know and sustaining it throughout the course. I also learnt certain new things thats great to try out. All advises are no risk and side effects
