I signed up for a 1 year agreement that… I signed up for a 1 year agreement that included secure file transfer and esignature. I could never get the esignature to work and the customer support couldn't help me. I informed them that I wouldn't be continuing after my subscription ended and they autorenewed me anyway and now are telling me they won't refund me the money. They truly don't care about their customers. I would stay clear of Box.

What an atrocious organisation to deal… What an atrocious organisation to deal with!! I have an open ticket with this incredibly incompetent organisation that has been going on for months. Each time I receive a request for information that has been given in the previous ticket and no apology, no acknowledgment is ever given that they’ve even bothered to read the previous email. I’ve asked for it to be lodged as a complaint and been ignored and still asked for ‘what’s the company name you want on the account’.. incredible.. I would NEVER use this organisation with my public employer and more fool these incompetent people that they can’t be bothered to exercise a little brainpower, actually do they have any to utilise? If so I have yet to see the exist of any. This organisation obviously fleeces individuals who are looking to increase storage and then can only pay for a business license and pay for 3 users (knowing they’ll only ever use 1). An atrocious business that should never ever be underestimated in its quest to employ the most incompetent people and run as badly as possible. Update: I asked them to not upgrade until the issues had been resolved and found myself sent an invoice, the next day (email sent overnight) I get an email invoice .. I ask for it to be cancelled until resolution and guess what.. more emails back and forth and still no cancellation. Someone named Racquel (a supervisor no less) who assures me ‘everything’ will be dealt with but still can’t seem to read my email to say remove my account from the upgrade .. the sheer lack of accountability and competence is astonishing.. Stay well clear.

total scam! - stay far away! total scam! even with no upload traffic and just some data being deleted accounts get limited and finally locked. - most likely short after the monthly payment has been processed. support or billing department doesn't reply for over 48 hours where business customers are left with no access to use or backup their stored data! stay far away from this company and their services for your enterprise businesses. maybe for donors interesting to just send money on a monthly basis for nothing in return.

BOX IS A SCAM Went for "free trial" on April 3, 2024. When the Box app failed to open a file, I immediately canceled. Less than 14 days later, Box took $540.00 out of my banking account. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO. BOX will screw you, you can't call anyone at Box by phone and speak to a real person.

Avoid this company Avoid this company. I have used them for a year and kept my clinical casenotes on for loads of clients. Now I want to migrate my data and leave but there is no way to do this. Their advice is for me to print off each individual client contact (separately, as in 1 page for every weekly contact, for every client), then scan and save them myself. I am probably breaking all kinds of rules of data storing and dating. I have to date and sign my notes to keep to casenotes standards. Shocking. They need closing down.
