GBBox Cancellation Impossible Box terms and contract are designed to collect money without providing a service. Their cancellation process is not clear, or available and it requires you to login to their online portal and is not available on their app so BE WARNED. Auto renewal of a service is only good when the service is actually provided. Their customer service team are not providing a service nor are they empowered to do the right thing. I will never use their product again. Other cloud service storage companies have a unique opportunity to demonstrate the right way of doing things!

GBAbsolutely horrendous customer service Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am an admin for 2 Business Plus with Governance accounts, 1 Personal Pro account and 1 paid Personal account (i.e. 4 paying accounts) and support says they cannot do a 5 min customer service call. If someone has 4 paying accounts with you, you do the right thing and pick up the phone, spend 5 mins with them and resolve the issue. Alternatively, 45 mins spread over multiple emails over multiple days for the same issue is in NO WAY efficient use of customer or company time.

NLTerribly unintuitive interface Terribly unintuitive interface, causing constant delays every single time you need to share files. Default permissions always point to 'people from my company only' without any option to change the default settings. Unsurprisingly the 'feedback' link goes to a complicated webpage with help topics (and no option to leave feedback without login in). This confirms the company is not looking to receive feedback or to improve the app. It is unbelievable that we still cant figure out a simple web based file exchange system. FTP was great

GBTERRIBLE TERRIBLE! They changed my password FOR ME and then refuse to send me the email necessary to get back into MY OWN ACCOUNT. I've filed tickets with their "customer service" and they too go unanswered. Thank God I didn't store any valuable data with these inept thieves.

GBI signed up for a 1 year agreement that… I signed up for a 1 year agreement that included secure file transfer and esignature. I could never get the esignature to work and the customer support couldn't help me. I informed them that I wouldn't be continuing after my subscription ended and they autorenewed me anyway and now are telling me they won't refund me the money. They truly don't care about their customers. I would stay clear of Box.
