GB3 users mandatory I used Box.com for over two years… until recently. It’s a scam if you want more stargaze than the free, 10mb. When o went to price membership it stated an acceptable amount but when I went to checkout it stated over $21 a month for 3 users ? Um, I’m one user… no option for that. Zero. Their excuse is that they only allow 3 no less. Um ok, back to Dropbox because this company scams you into buying a plan that has a mandatory 3 user cost. Sorry that’s unethical and it makes zero sense for all self employed and freelance people out there. Who comes up with these ridiculous business practices? Seriously don’t waste your money.

ATtotal scam! - stay far away! total scam! even with no upload traffic and just some data being deleted accounts get limited and finally locked. - most likely short after the monthly payment has been processed. support or billing department doesn't reply for over 48 hours where business customers are left with no access to use or backup their stored data! stay far away from this company and their services for your enterprise businesses. maybe for donors interesting to just send money on a monthly basis for nothing in return.

NLTerribly unintuitive interface Terribly unintuitive interface, causing constant delays every single time you need to share files. Default permissions always point to 'people from my company only' without any option to change the default settings. Unsurprisingly the 'feedback' link goes to a complicated webpage with help topics (and no option to leave feedback without login in). This confirms the company is not looking to receive feedback or to improve the app. It is unbelievable that we still cant figure out a simple web based file exchange system. FTP was great

CLWORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER: after the trial period where they allowed me to upload as much data as I wanted, and after I spent over a month uploading the rest of my data, they LOCKED ALL ACCESS (upload AND DOWNLOAD) and are literally holding my data for ransom to force me to cancel. Do not waste your time and money with them!

GBCustomer Failure At renewal, we sought to reduce the number of users by 3. We got the run around on how to do that. As a result we provided notice of the reduction 29 days before renewal. The "Customer Success" agent refused to accommodate, even though the 30 day notice would have required notice on New Year's Day. Well, we just provided 330 day notice of termination. No way to treat a longstanding customer. Run away. There are many other options.
